We use it everyday and the water care is super easy. The digital remote gives a lot of different color choices for lighting. The one thing I would recommend is for the arm rests at each seat be a bit wider and longer. Rated 4 out of 5 by Cdub from too contoured I miss my older spa from Hot Spring!
This new one is too contoured, and I find it difficult to move from one spot to another. The bench seating in my earlier model was easier for 6 people to enjoy. Also, the earlier model was deeper, so in this new model I have to slouch to get fully immersed, up to my neck. I also have had a service contract with the Hot Spring dealer for almost the entire time I have owned it.
The spa is at a second home I live in about six months a year. I count on it working and being maintained properly to keep the water clean and safe. In short, it is the worst major purchase I have ever made. The Ace system worked OK for the first couple of years and has not worked consistently well ever since. I have had the cell replace several times including under warranty.
